Cancellation Policy
As an independent hairstylist, I understand that unexpected changes in schedules may occur, necessitating the rescheduling or cancellation of appointments. To ensure a smooth and fair process for both my valued guests and myself, I have established the following cancellation policy: 1. **Cancellation and Rescheduling**: Please cancel or reschedule prior to 48 hours (2 days) in advance. Late cancellations will incur a fee of 60% of the service value. If a deposit was made, the remaining amount up to 60% will be charged. 2. **Minors**: Clients under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. If no adult is present, a signed waiver from a legal guardian is required. 3. **No Shows**: A no-show fee of 60% of the service value applies if you do not attend your appointment. A 15-minute grace period is allowed before being marked as a no-show. If a deposit was taken, the remaining amount up to 60% will be charged. 4. **Refunds**: Cancellation, deposits, and no-show fees are non-refundable and cannot be applied to future appointments. 5. **Deposits**: To secure your appointment, a deposit is necessary. The deposit can range from $15 to $100, depending on the service you select. For hair extensions, a deposit of 50% is required. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable and cannot be applied to future appointments.. 6. **Final Sales**: All services and retail products purchased are final and non-refundable.
