As a solo artist and former AlterEgo Italy Educator, I focus on customized services that enhance your natural beauty while maintaining the health and integrity of your hair. My specialties include dimensional color and lived-in highlights, modern cuts and styling, and luxury treatments such as Keratin Smoothing, Japanese Straightening, and formaldehyde-free Brazilian Blowouts. I also offer signature blowouts and custom seamless hair extensions for natural movement, volume, and confidence. Each appointment is a one-on-one experience, thoughtfully curated with attention to detail—so you leave feeling polished, confident, and effortlessly put together. Whether you’re looking for a soft, low-maintenance glow-up or a more refined transformation, your look is tailored to you and your lifestyle. New Clients: A consultation is required prior to booking all chemical services to ensure a personalized plan and optimal results. Cancellation Policy
Divine Hair By Kim CS, LLC – Salon Policies At Divine Hair By Kim CS, LLC, each appointment is intentionally reserved to provide a personalized, elevated experience. To respect both your time and mine, the following policies are in place: ⸻ 1. Consultation Requirement (New Clients – Chemical Services) All new clients requesting chemical services—including color, lightening, smoothing treatments, or chemical restructuring—must complete a consultation prior to booking their first chemical appointment. If a chemical service is booked without a completed consultation, the appointment will be automatically converted to a consultation or may be canceled. Consultations ensure a customized plan that supports the health, integrity, and desired results of your hair. ⸻ 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a fee of 70% of the scheduled service value. Any deposit paid will be applied toward this fee, and the remaining balance will be charged to the card on file. ⸻ 3. No-Shows Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in a 70% no-show fee. A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After 15 minutes without communication, the appointment will be considered a no-show. Any deposit paid will be applied toward the fee, and the remaining balance will be charged to the card on file. ⸻ 4. Deposits (All Services Except Hair Extensions) A deposit ranging from $15 to $100 is required to secure appointments, depending on the selected service. All deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward your scheduled service. • If you reschedule more than 48 hours before your appointment, your deposit will transfer to your new appointment. • If you cancel more than 48 hours before your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. • Deposits will be applied toward any applicable cancellation or no-show fees. ⸻ 5. Hair Extension Services (Specialty Booking Policy) Hair extension services require a 50% deposit to secure the appointment. Due to the time, customization, and product investment involved, all hair extension deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Rescheduling is not permitted for hair extension appointments. A new deposit will be required to book a new appointment. Cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Additional fees may apply depending on the timing of the cancellation. ⸻ 6. Card on File Authorization A valid card on file is required for all bookings. By booking an appointment, you authorize Divine Hair By Kim CS, LLC to charge the card on file for any applicable cancellation fees, no-show fees, remaining balances, or products purchased in accordance with these policies. If the card on file is declined, an invoice will be sent via text or email and must be paid promptly. ⸻ 7. Refunds & Final Sales All services rendered, deposits, cancellation fees, no-show fees, and retail product purchases are final and non-refundable and may not be applied to future services. ⸻ 8. Minors Clients under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. If an adult is not present, a signed waiver from a legal guardian is required. ⸻ 9. Photography & Media Photos and/or videos may be taken before, during, or after your service for portfolio, educational, and promotional purposes, including social media and marketing for Divine Hair By Kim CS, LLC. Client privacy is respected. Faces will not be included upon request. If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please notify me prior to your service. ⸻ Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
