My expertise includes creative dimensional color and highlights, modern cuts and styling, and luxury healthy-hair treatments such as Keratin Smoothing, Japanese Straightening, and formaldehyde-free Brazilian Blowouts. I also offer elegant updos, signature glam blowouts, and custom-designed seamless hair extensions for natural movement, volume, and confidence. Cancellation Policy
As an independent hairstylist, I understand that unexpected schedule changes may occur. To ensure fairness and protect both my guests and my business, the following policies are in place: ⸻ 1. Consultation Requirement (New Clients – Chemical Services) All new clients requesting chemical services—including color, lightening, smoothing treatments, or chemical restructuring—must complete a consultation prior to booking their first chemical appointment. If a chemical service is booked without completing the required consultation, the appointment will automatically be converted to a consultation appointment. Consultations allow us to create a customized plan that protects the health and integrity of your hair while achieving your desired results. ⸻ 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled prior to 48 hours (2 days) in advance. Late cancellations will incur a fee of 70% of the scheduled service value. If a deposit was made, the remaining balance up to 70% will be charged. ⸻ 3. No Shows A no-show fee of 70% of the scheduled service value will apply if you do not attend your appointment. A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After 15 minutes without communication, the appointment will be marked as a no-show. If a deposit was taken, the remaining balance up to 70% will be charged. ⸻ 4. Deposits A deposit ranging from $15 to $100 is required to secure appointments, depending on the selected service. Hair extension services require a 50% deposit. All deposits are non-refundable and may not be transferred or applied to future appointments. ⸻ 5. Refunds Cancellation fees, deposits, and no-show fees are non-refundable and may not be applied to future appointments. ⸻ 6. Final Sales All services rendered and retail products purchased are final and non-refundable. ⸻ 7. Minors Clients under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. If an adult is not present, a signed waiver from a legal guardian is required. ⸻ Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
